This is why at Dez Rez we start every project with properly cleaning and repairing the concrete surface.
Our floor preparation starts with mechanically grinding the concrete to a freshh aggregate. This removes any traces of dirt, grime, old coatings, stains and glues and creates the corect concrete profile for the resin to bond with the concrete.
After the concrete is brought back to a clean slate, we'll repair any cracks, holes and hairlines in the floor. This step ensures the structural integrity of both the concrete and your new garage floor.
Once we are happy with the look of the floor, we'll move onto applying a moisture vapor barrier, followed by a base coat and the floor system you have selected.
